St Patrick’s Catholic School is located on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania in the municipality of Latrobe, 10 minutes from Devonport. St Patrick’s currently supports 200 students from Kinder to Year 6.

About the Role:
St Patrick’s Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and capable Administration Assistant: Student Support to join our team. This role provides high-level administrative and office support to the Student Support Coordinator, contributing to improved learning outcomes for students with disability and supporting the Catholic Identity and Evangelising Mission of the school.
The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellent service while working collaboratively with staff, students, families, and visitors.
About you:
As an experienced Administration Assistant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.
- Willing to participate fully in the life of the school.
- Can provide administrative and office support to the Student Support Coordinator, particularly for students with disability.
- Can maintain accurate, confidential records and manage databases, documentation, and correspondence.
- Deliver professional customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors while upholding Catholic Education values.
- Assist with report generation, workflow processing, and basic IT tasks related to Student Support programs.
- Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to a positive, child-safe and compliant school environment.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
