School Office & Outside School Hours Care Administrator 

School Office Admin 10.64 hours per week
40 weeks worked per year (term time only)

OSHC Admin 15.2 hours per week
52 weeks worked per year


Tuesday -Thursday 8.15am – 3:30pm, Friday 8:15am – 2:39pm
Commencement date: 07 October 2024 (negotiable).

St Therese’s Catholic School is a Catholic, co-educational school (K-6) that has provided a quality and Christ-centred education for students in the Moonah area and surrounds for over 90 years. Today, a dedicated and professional staff carry on the spirit and traditions of our founders, the Sisters of Saint Joseph. 

To be eligible applicants required to:

  • Be committed to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.
  • Compile data from financial, legal and / or administrative sources to meet compliance requirements.
  • Support the Principal and other assigned senior staff with their functions and responsibilities.
  • Assist with student health and wellbeing support as required in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve complex customer service queries.
