Employee Experience & Engagement Business Partner

 Full Time - Ongoing

Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate and engaging Business Partner that can join a driven and energetic team in the provision of People Services initiatives across the Catholic education system.

As the Employee Experience & Engagement Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop workforce plans, manage talent, and analyse workforce data to align with business goals and address organisational needs.
  • Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, classify, and retain top talent while fostering key partnerships.
  • Implement engagement and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive and healthy work environment.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

  • Post graduate qualifications in Human Resources or other relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in HR, particularly in roles focused on employee engagement, talent management, and recruitment.
  • Innovative thinking to develop new programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience.
