Senior Employee Relations Advisor
Full Time - Ongoing

Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a passionate and engaging Senior Employee Relations Advisor to lead strategic initiatives, deliver complex projects, and provide high-level advisory services in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will:

  • Drive proactive industrial relations strategies and ensure compliance with evolving legislation and enterprise agreements.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with CET leadership, union representatives and external industrial bodies.
  • Mentor a high-performing advisory team while overseeing sensitive employee relations cases with strategic risk management.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the area of Employment Law, Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels within the organisation
  • Highly developed problem-solving and conceptual skills
