MacKillop Catholic College and Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate, self-driven Human Resources Manager to take the lead as the College’s go-to expert for all things human resources. If you're ready to own the HR space and make a real impact, this is your moment.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment of MacKillop Catholic College staff.
• Oversee human resource improvement projects and activities.
• Act as the Lead for HROnboard (the College’s cloud-based HR and payroll system).
• Undertake the day-to-day management of the school administration team and enrolments officer.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
• Substantial experience in human resource management or organisational performance including recruitment, performance development, performance management and training and development.
• Innovate and manage continuous improvement in the functions of human resource management.
