Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the One System Imperative Program, a system-wide reform initiative. This is your opportunity to reshape financial, operational, and ICT frameworks to deliver a more sustainable, transparent, and student-focused education system.
You will Lead:
Strategic planning and delivery of all One System Imperative workstreams, providing oversight of project governance, risk and budgets.
Stakeholder engagement with school leaders, Directors, and external partners
Change management and capability building for long-term impact
Integration of reform outcomes into CET’s core operations
You will Bring:
Proven leadership in complex reform and transformation programs
Expertise in governance, financial management, and benefit realisation
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills
A passion for education, innovation, and sustainable change
