Program Director

 Full Time – Up to a 3 Year Contract

Are you a strategic leader ready to drive one of Australia’s most ambitious education transformations?

Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the One System Imperative Program, a system-wide reform initiative. This is your opportunity to reshape financial, operational, and ICT frameworks to deliver a more sustainable, transparent, and student-focused education system.

You will Lead:

  • Strategic planning and delivery of all One System Imperative workstreams, providing oversight of project governance, risk and budgets.
  • Stakeholder engagement with school leaders, Directors, and external partners
  • Change management and capability building for long-term impact
  • Integration of reform outcomes into CET’s core operations

You will Bring:

  • Proven leadership in complex reform and transformation programs
  • Expertise in governance, financial management, and benefit realisation
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills
  • A passion for education, innovation, and sustainable change
