Client Services Support Officer

Limited Tenure for 3 months (leave coverage)

Based in North-West Tasmania

Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications from passionate and experienced candidates that can support the provision and delivery of ICT services to our teams.

As Client Services - Support Officer, you will be:

  • Resolving ICT service requests and incidents on first contact.
  • Prioritising and escalating ICT service requests as required within agreed timeframes.
  • Contributing to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of systems, policies, procedures and practices necessary for the efficient and effective administrative operations of the team.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

  • Certificate III in ICT or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Work experience providing a variety of ICT services and support to diverse users.
  • Able to resolve routine problems and diagnostic skills to resolve complex problems related to data, equipment or systems.
