Employee Relations Administrator

Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking a professional, values‑driven individual who brings discretion, compassion and strong organisational skills to supporting our Employee Relations Team. You will manage priorities confidently, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and provide reliable, confidential and accurate administrative support.
About the Role
The Employee Relations Administrator works with general direction. With sound judgment, attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement, you will help strengthen processes and contribute to a positive, service‑focused workplace culture.
You will
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations Team, particularly in the areas of managing employee performance, documentation, policy compliance, conflict resolution & reporting
Assist in the delivery of employee relations initiatives and services in alignment with organisational needs and strategic goals.
Delegate and/or escalate matters to relevant members of the Employee Relations Team to provide advice to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Maintain filing systems, databases, intranet resources and case management records to ensure efficient service delivery.
You will bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within the team.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
Required qualifications and checks, including Certificate III in Business Services (or equivalent), RWVP Registration, NPCHC and a current driver licence.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and customer service.
