Marist Regional College is seeking an exceptional Catholic leader to join our Executive Team as Deputy Principal – Pastoral Care & Wellbeing. This key leadership role is responsible for fostering a culture where every student is known, safe and valued, while leading wellbeing, pastoral care, student engagement and staff development across the College.
About the Role
Working closely with the Principal, you will:
Lead the College's wellbeing and pastoral care strategy.
Build a safe, inclusive and supportive school culture.
Lead wellbeing and pastoral teams to maximise student growth and engagement.
Oversee professional learning and staff development initiatives.
Strengthen partnerships with students, families, staff and the broader community.
About You
You are a practising Catholic and experienced educational leader with:
A passion for student wellbeing and holistic education.
Demonstrated leadership experience in Catholic education.
Strong relationship-building, communication and people leadership skills.
A commitment to faith formation, continuous improvement and community engagement.
