About the Role
Reporting to the Principal and working under the direction of the Finance Officer, this role is responsible for providing reception, administrative, and office support services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting students, families, staff, and visitors
Actioning enquiries, correspondence, records, and data entry
Assisting with school communications, website content, and social media
Coordinating attendance processes and notifying parents.
Undertake records management and archiving.

Essential Requirements
Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Tasmania)
Current National Police Criminal History Check
Accreditation A: Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
Current First Aid qualification
Current Tasmanian Driver Licence
