Salary Range: $95,645 - $105,458 per annum

Tenure: Full-time, Limited Tenure until 31 March 2027

Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our ICT Enterprise Systems team based in New Town. This exciting role supports and enhances the enterprise applications that underpin teaching, learning, and business operations across our statewide network of schools.

Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Systems, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing critical systems, supporting data-driven decision-making, improving business processes, and delivering exceptional service to schools and staff.

About You

You will bring:

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, databases, and ICT services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with school-based systems such as Compass, Edval, Student Information Systems, or Learning Management Systems.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve CET Enterprise Systems and LMS platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system effectiveness.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, user access, and data integrity.
• Develop training resources and technical documentation.
• Assist schools with reporting, compliance, and data analysis.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system improvements and projects.

Please note that this role includes periodic travel to school sites across Tasmania, including occasional travel requiring overnight stays.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma in ICT (or equivalent) or extensive relevant experience.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
• Current National Police Criminal History Check.
• Valid work rights for Australia.
