Part Time | Ongoing

Hours: 8:00am–1:00pm

 1 hour of overtime from 6.00am - 7.00am (Monday - Friday, Term time only)

Classification: Business Services, Level 4

Remuneration: $84,666 – $91,090 P/A (Pro-Rata excluding overtime)

+ 12% Superannuation

Holy Rosary Catholic School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Administration Support – Daily Organiser to join our vibrant Kindergarten to Grade 6 school community.

About the Role

Working closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal, this pivotal role is responsible for coordinating daily staffing arrangements, organising relief teachers and teacher assistants, managing specialist timetables, and supporting the administration of external assessments such as NAPLAN and PAT testing. Your ability to plan ahead, solve problems and manage competing priorities will help ensure the smooth operation of the school every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily staffing and relief arrangements.
  • Engage and manage relief teachers and teacher assistants.
  • Maintain accurate absence and payroll-related records.
  • Prepare and distribute the daily bulletin, duty rosters and staff communications.
  • Manage specialist timetables and non-teaching time allocations.
  • Support the coordination of external assessment programs.
  • Work collaboratively with school leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration
  • Current National Police Criminal History Check
  • Accreditation A: Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School, or willingness to obtain.

Desirable

  • Current first aid qualification
  • Current Tasmanian vehicle drivers licence
