Systems Business Partner

Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a passionate, engaging, and driven professional to join our team as a Systems Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in refining, enhancing, and supporting our TechnologyOne Financial Management System (TechOne) while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across our network.

As the Systems Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, development, and continuous improvement of our enterprise Finance Management System. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to support system excellence, change management initiatives, and the successful implementation of TechnologyOne within schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centrally facilitate the administration and support of the TechnologyOne Finance Management System.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support organisational change and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the implementation of TechnologyOne across schools and colleges.
  • Develop, document, and deliver training plans for:
    • School and college finance staff
    • Administrative staff
    • Leadership teams
    • Tasmanian Catholic Education Office (TCEO) staff
  • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and best-practice financial management.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise financial management systems, preferably TechnologyOne (TechOne).
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting procedures, financial management, and strategic financial development.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
